  • Dev Configuration: The settings you provide for your AI developer agents, including model preferences, system prompts, and repository configurations.
  • API Keys: API keys you provide for LLM providers. These are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are never shared with third parties.
  • Workspace Data: Files and code in your dev's isolated workspace.
  • Usage Data: Basic server logs including IP addresses, request timestamps, and error information for operational purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Provision and run your AI developer agent instances
  • Maintain and improve the platform

4. Data Isolation

Each dev runs in its own isolated environment with separate configuration, memory, and workspace. Your devs cannot access other users' data.

5. Third-Party Services

ManyDevs integrates with the following third-party services at your direction:

  • LLM Providers: When you configure a dev, your messages are sent to your chosen provider using your own API key. Each provider's privacy policy governs how they handle that data.
  • Git Repositories: If you connect a repository, your dev can read and modify code in that repository on your behalf.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypting sensitive data at rest, using HTTPS for all communications, and isolating dev workspaces from each other.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual devs at any time, which removes their configuration and workspace data. If you wish to delete your account entirely, please contact us.
